Graduation Reservation Policy
The desire of the Valley Community Center is to serve as many families of local graduates as possible during what is historically a high demand season. To accomplish this, the following special guidelines and reservation procedures will be followed for all graduation party reservation requests from the first Saturday in May through the 2nd Saturday in June.
The following blocks of time will be “Graduation Reception” times:
Saturday Afternoons: 1 pm - 5 pm
Saturday Evenings: 6 pm - 10 pm
Sunday Afternoons: 1 pm - 5 pm
Sunday Evenings: 6 pm - 10 pm
Blocks of time will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, no more than 6 months in advance. Only one block of time per family can be reserved during this peak season.
Once the reserved date is confirmed, the VCC will send out a Reservation Agreement (RA) for signatures and payment.
The signed RA must be received back with payment in full by the VCC within 10 business days; failure to do this opens up this time to other requests.
Once the signed agreement and payment are received, the reservation is considered confirmed.
Each block of time is a flat rate of $400.
This includes use Cafe, Conference Room and the Hideaway Room.
